I’d suggest Rosario+Vampire and Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. You can watch both of them at animeseed.com. Note : Rosario+Vampire would make more sense if you read the books first. =]

The only ones that fit with your taste would be Serial Experiments Lain and Boogiepop Phantom. Those two are super weird!
